When that period ends, the information is securely destroyed or anonymized.
We apply reasonable safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information: encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, authentication on our internal tools, and the highest privacy settings by default. Since no measure is foolproof, please do not send account numbers or social insurance numbers through the chat.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
If you believe your information was not handled in accordance with this policy, please contact the person in charge first (section 1); we will handle your complaint promptly. You may also contact Quebec's Commission d’accès à l’information.
